So sorry to hear about your mother. When they wanted to cardiovert my a-fib, I said no way. I said no to a lot of things that day. Last time I went to see a cardiologist, he took me off all meds except aspirin for the potential clots.

His comment? “You can live with a-fib”

I love it! and I only occasionally have it anymore.

That’s good news. I certainly did not think it would be that big a deal when I left her in ICU for them to do the shock procedure. She was having quite a bit of respiratory distress and ghad 2 blockages they knew about form 2 uyears ago.

When you have had heart attacks--by passes pace makers etc then it is a big deal
