Absolute nonsense. America will be here long after Buchanan and his ilk are gone. This is just a manifestation of Puchanan's undying hatred for this country.In fact, Pattie sounds a lot like another fake conservative that is none to welcome around these parts (see my tag line).

And what better way to sell his book than preach this doom and gloom nonsense.

The U.S. Army is breaking and is too small to meet America’s global commitments.

More lies. Just an excuse to cut and run from Iraq and not confront Iran.

The dollar has sunk to historic lows and is being abandoned by foreign governments.

Doom and gloom. A low dollar isn't necessarily a bad thing.

U.S. manufacturing is being hollowed out.

Absolute nonsense that has been refuted time and time again.

The greatest invasion in history, from the Third World, is swamping the ethno-cultural core of the country, leading to Balkanization and the loss of the Southwest to Mexico.

And even more fear mongering from SS Pattie. Immigration is not invasion.

The culture is collapsing and the nation is being deconstructed along the lines of race and class.

Any collapse of American culture is due to liberalism and not race or class. Next, Pattie will be blaming "the JOOOOOOS!". Pattie sounds more and more like Hitler every day. Or is that Stalin?

A fiscal crisis looms as the unfunded mandates of Social Security and Medicare remain unaddressed.

More doom and gloom.

All these crises are hitting America at once -- a perfect storm of crises.

Immigration is not invasion.

ILLEGAL immigration IS invasion.

And if you consider the numbers of Americans losing their lives to illegals every year (a number far greater than the annual loses in Iraq), it is an invasion just like any other in history.

America will be here long after Buchanan and his ilk are gone.

Only we will be pronouncing it Los Estados Unidos de America. EE.UU. for short.
