What are you talking about??? I never said I supported the Southern Policy Law Center. My message was that it would be dogmatically foolish to consider making friends with ANYONE that the Law Center is opposed to—for example, the KKK. I am saying that despite my dislike for the Law Center’s views, I don’t automatically consider friendship with someone simply on the basis of their opposition to the Law Center.

I don't know...you keep bringing up the SPLC's opposition to the KKK as if that proves their holiness. That is exactly their strategy: Show a few photographs of lynched negros and you are home free to condemn as a "racist" anyone you disagree with (and to rasie mega bucks to fight "racism").

My bottom line is that I have long left behind the tendency to instantly shun anyone who is branded with the formerly deadly charges of anti-Semite, racist, nativist, etc.

I listen to what Pat says...not the slanders against him (which are so vicious because he speaks conservative truth to leftist power).
