What? Stay home and let Hillary win? Hell no!

I agree with you .. we cannot stay home - no matter who the repubs choose as the nominee.
The very thought of 4 to 8 more years of Bubba is just too much to bear.

Agreed. I normally vote Republican but Nov. 2008 can not be a stay at home year for Republicans. If Hillary (YECH!) or any other Dem Socialist is on their ticket I would have to vote ... otherwise I fear a landslide for the Dems and will be likened to FDR's.
I'm not enthralled by all Republican candidates, especially Rudy. Paul, NEVER. And even McCain, who I have liked before, has just stepped to far over many lines ... blurred them. I would have to vote but can not in good conscience vote for Rudy. I'm not a Rockefeller Republican kind-a guy.
Something needs to unite us around a candidate that may not be perfect but be the best conservative in the field ... which I think will be able to draw conservative Dems too. It's our only hope. Otherwise, as I said, if Republicans stay home they can bend over and kiss not only the election but I fear the Party good-by ... and as an extension the country also.
