There are many benefits in HR. 25 to the retired sect. ZERO taxes up to the poverty line then NO income taxes on any retirement income or earnings. If there are seniors who will be hurt by it they are the ones with large after tax retirement accounts whose interest and dividend earnings will now be tax free.
