You bet. The law doesn’t make that distinction, especially when a person appears to be going for a weapon. When the guy was on the ground, she came out of the vehicle. It’s lucky she stopped when told. Cops have been shot in that exact scenario. She’s lucky she didn’t get shot. The stupidity of this couple just amazes me.
