“I’m sorry, I’m not able to comment on this” is typical lawyerly response. She can’t even say she’s sorry for what happened because that might be taken as an indication of guilt or error on her part. I looked for her email address, but interestingly, her judicial profile at www.mass.gov has been almost completely blanked out.
