Nothing new. How many thousands of innocent people end up robbed, raped, maimed, killed because of lenience towards the bad guys?? The toll has been incalculable. Seems that you can’t even blame a Democrat governor for this judge being on the bench. Pretty sad. Of course as long as the American people just accept this nonsense, it will never change.
This is the flip side of the argument that innocent people will be mistakenly executed when the death penalty is legalized. While that may be true, the number of innocent people mistakenly executed will probably be much lower than the number of innocent people murdered by convicted murderers who are not executed.
