Did you watch the video linked in post 85? Depending on which side Mitt was really on, and we don't really know, he was either lying to his whole state about being pro abortion or he lied to the pro life organization who gave him their endorsement based on his profession to them. The man was caught playing both sides of the fence there.

So was he lying when he took the endorsement or when he adamantly declared he was pro abortion? One way or another there was a lot of lying going on there. Mitt can't have it both ways and it really doesn't matter which side he was actually on when he was lying. If he is shown to be a man who openly lies to the voters about a major policy position, there is just no way he's going to be trusted by the majority of conservatives.

And by the way... On this video Mitt promises he will do nothing during his term to hinder a "woman's right to choose". To my knowledge, that was the truth.

Since we aren't making any headway, and we want to see who is really committed (or not) to life, I'll make a wager:

I will wager any of you $1 (my legal limit) that either shortly after IA, NH, or SC, Thompson will announce he is out of the race because it has boiled down to Rudy and Willard, and that he will endorse Rudy.

Any takers?
