Licenses should be a states rights issue and always has been but 9/11 kind of changed everything. It'd be interesting if someone challenged the REAL ID on constitutional grounds and what the result would be. If only states would do the responsible thing, giving out licenses to illegals is just crazy.
I believe that is why we see the sanctuary whatevers. The States must go with the understanding of their electors.
