Can’t they amend the law? Obviously it’s very badly written.
Sounds like some letter writing to Congress-idgits is in order.

Some have already tried and continue to try. Before it was even sent to the President for signature. The Orders and Medals Society of America, The Orders and Medals Research Society, The American Numismatics Association to name a few. It all fell on deaf ears. The good Congressmen can’t admit to a “badly worded Law” so they ignore any petitions. The Dems actually spearheaded this turkey...they wanted to show that they were “pro military”. The Republicans were too stupied to see any of the side effects of the Law and many actually supported it.
