DH has, so far, only contested House elections in an overwhelmingly friendly district. ***Wrong. DHs district is mostly democrats. You're comparing apples to oranges. I said Hunter had an overwhelmingly friendly district - one in which it is exceedingly easy for him to win and win and win again in. I said nothing about the partisan breakdown of the district whatsoever. Hunter's seat is safe, and he's never risked it by trying to move higher, until now, since he's going to be retiring anywise, and having his son ride into office off of hisfather's popularity.

It will be interesting to see if that happens..... Dick Armey and Billy Tousant didn’t have that luck as both their sons were rejected when they tried to keep the empire in the family name. Voters sometimes don’t won’t fiefdoms created.
