If you’re talking about the photo in post #7 - it was taken while she was pregnant. Hence, the enlarged boobs - not silicone.

They’re pregnancy boobs.
She’ll hang onto those as long as she’s nursing, and then they’ll shrink once the baby weight is lost.
The “enhanced” boobs don’t change size or shape throughout the process.
