Crime and politics. Lying about your opponent is nothing new.
What should be new is taking them to court over libel and slander. That's put the breaks on things pretty quick.

What good things? He blames us for 9/11. He feels the terrorists had a good reason for attacking us. He wants to surrender to the terrorists rather than defeating them. He would rather support the PLO than our best friend in the middle east, Israel. And where are there any lies?
