Correct. All it would mean is that your right to carry concealed is not protected. The Florida legislature would stil have to get enough votes to pass a law prohibiting it. If they do nothing, the existing law stands.

But isn't that the situation I'm in today? So it could stay the same. What have I got to lose? Dead Corpse, the RKBA doesn't get any federal protection in practice right now. I addressed this reply to you as well because I have the same two questions in response to your post.
