As long as Moktada al-Sadr is breathing it won’t be over.

It could have been a Hillery. There is a striking resemblance you know.

When we bring these guys home, don’t disband the units. It’s time for them to utilize these tactics in Detroit, Gary, East LA, Camden, East St. Louis, Westside Chicago....

Oinkers flying all over the place. Even the slime balls cannot forever hold good news back. They sense the tide has really turned.
Now they will have to double their efforts in how to present editorials that make it seem like the demorates where the ones that made this victory possible. Hopefully the voters will see this time around they are liers.

Having to put this news to print must have left a hurt on the NY Times. Oh, I feel so bad for them /sarc

This being in the NY Times must mean that hell has frozen over and if I look outside I will see pigs flying.

General Fil attributed the decline to improvements in the Iraqi security forces, a cease-fire ordered by the Shiite cleric Moktada al-Sadr, the disruption of financing for insurgents, and, most significant, Iraqis rejection of the rule of the gun.I think you all are giving the Behind the Times too much credit here. They practically wrote the story in code (I doubt even NYTimes readers know what Mesopotamia is), they buried it on A19, they put quotes around the word surge (as though they doubt it happened), and they only quoted the part where the General credits the Iraqis, not our troops, for the success. Freakin libs.

The NYSlimes has finally realized that “Defeat in Iraq” is a losing issue for the dems because the American people don’t want to lose and don’t want Iraq to turn into a bloodbath for the Iraqi people, so the Slimes wants it off the table. Now they’re going to turn all their attention to talking us into a recession.

Funny, but I though I saw a pig outside of my window too, TN! There goes the bacon!
Check out Michael Yon. He filed a report late last week of Christian AND Muslims putting a cross back up on the roof of a church that they were reopening! The gentleman that was interviewed stated that regardless of religion they were all brothers in Iraq, and thank you to the coalition for their freedom, and if we need help with Iran they’ll help!!! Yeah, there isn’t any progress, right?
