A few questions:

1) Do you know the DC real estate market? Is it realistic for a property to have increased by a factor of

349.9 / 80 = 4.37375

in a mere 8 years, at the height [or depths] of the worst real estate market in decades?

2) Is the Washington Post database online, or is it subscriber-only?

3) Do you know the Goldsteins? There are multiple hits for Jennifer and Joyce Goldsteins in the Opensecrets database [most to Democrats, with the exception of a Jennifer Goldstein in NY, NY], and there is a Jennifer Goldstein who works as a staffer in Dan Lungren's office [R-CA].

Actually, if it were the Jennifer Goldstein of Lungren's office, then it would make sense that her parents had to co-sign the loan, because she earns about as much money as Huma Abedin.

4) For more than three months, from September 18, 2006, to December 28, 2006, Huma Abedin was responsible for not one, but TWO different properties, both beyond her apparent financial means. Is this not highly unusual? Is there any legitimate loan officer who would approve a mortgage to a girl who was carrying those kinds of liabilities?

In my experience you couldn’t even by a decent dog house in a livable part of DC for $80,000 10 or 15 years ago.
