Many Turks often don’t look like Arabs. The Turkish Prime Minister is an example, just from seeing him you’d never guess he was Middle Eastern. About half of Turkey is more Westernized (the side closer to Europe) and don’t particularly care for the Arabs. The other side is more diehard Islam-oriented.
Its because they are the children of White Huns, Christian Byzantines,Christian Bulgars, Christian Huns,Christian Slavs,Christian Greeks,Christian Macedonians, Circassians,Khazars,Cypriots,..All others European and et al, captured, crushed and converted.
Turks ain't Arabs. Why would they look like Arabs? Besides which, Arabs are a pretty "diverse" looking group themselves.
Who are Arabs? Saudis, Yemeni, Iraqis, Jordanians, Syrians, and other people from the states on the Arabian subcontinent, which is bigger than all of Europe put together, as is Iran. Plenty of room for vastly different kinds of people. Think "Lapplanders/Spaniards."
Iranians are not Arabs. Afghans are not, Pakistani are not.
