A guy from FIRE was just on Fox news. He said he is getting calls from students all across the country saying this is taking place at their schools.

I'd like to see some law suits, too. UD was doing this for 4 years. Hit them for every constitutional violation possible. Then as part of any settlement, force the colleges to start a studies department on great individuals and the impact they had on society. Let the focus be on what one person can overcome and achieve, no matter their circumstances.
