Ms. Abedin recently bought an apartment in the vicinity of 12th and U streets in Washington, D.C. ...That's not the safest, most attractive neighborhood for a single woman to be residing...a 'changing' neighborhood at best.
You'd think she'd be living in Foggy Bottom or Georgetown...or even Capitol Hill.
