They say if you don’t believe the 1 in 3 and 3 in 1 formula then I will spew all kinds of hatred towards you.

At last, we are at the crux of the matter.

If you do not believe in the 1 in 3 and 3 in 1 formula, then you are not a Christian.

That is not hatred, it is a theological fact.

But you are rather cheerfully glossing over the Mormon position on what 2000 years of Christianity means. The position is simple - both Catholics and Protestants practice an utterly corrupt faith. I can deal with that, and still vote for Romney. But it is dishonest on your part not to acknowledge this.

First 3 in 1 and 1 in 3 is not a fact. It is your theolgical interpretation of the Bible. Others interpret it differently. Even those who believe in the Nicene Creed interpret that differently. Eastern Christianity interprets it differently from Western Christianity.
Second, Mormons do not believe that “both Catholics and Protestants practice an utterly corrupt faith.” Mormons have respect and cordial relations with other churches. For example, their relief efforts to Africa are channeled through the Catholic Church.

It is ridiculous that such discussions should enter into politics. But if it means something to you, at least get your facts straight.
