BIG difference between rhetoric and votes. I am focusing on votes. Anyone can say pretty words that tickle ears. Thats what politicians do. Paul voted in favor of the Secure Fence Act. He voted against the Goode and Traficant amendments because they were redundant.
Enforcing the borders is the job of the executive branch, not the legislative. The President can easily dispatch troops to the border without legislation.
