To me, he is explaining his answers on a questionnaire in 97, and he agrees with all the recent laws in notification and in partial birth, which btw, has made many I know grow up some over the years and begin to change. That debate was very revealing to many pro-abortion Americans who never really thought about anything but so-called "rights".
I don’t hear him saying or running on making abortion easier, changing any recent restrictions, being an advocate for more abortions, ect. (also he appears to be trying not to flip completely over, I honestly don't think he cares that much if a woman has a choice or not), But I promise you I will certainly keep my ears open to any hint of activism on his part.
