I really need to look into that one better. I know very little. I am getting pretty discourage as I really see no difference between the Repubs and the Dems. Both want to give us away to lowest bid.

They've held their last two meetings on it. No more discussions(if you want to call them that). Just waiting to see if it's going to be ratified now.
