I would give him the benefit of the doubt except Fred has been asked about the Schievo case before. Last time he said he didn’t remember the details and he got a lot of negative press about it. So, I am sure that his staff - assuming they are not incompetent - have thoroughly briefed him on the case in the month since the last time he was asked. So, when he tells a personal story and indicates that he doesn’t want to talk about it but thinks that the federal and state government - except for the courts - should stay out of it, I don’t see any way to interpret this other than that he would have let the state courts murder Terri without doing anything to stop them.

Mary Matalin is with Fred's campaign. It wouldn't surprise me if Mary M. told him it wasn't a big deal any more. It was her bosses that let Terri suffer and die to begin with. MM has no idea what a big deal the first death warrant for an American who committed no crimes is. Judge Greer violated his oath. A judge cannot choose the manner of anyone's death. It is against the law. Even with criminals, it's the jury who decides the sentencing.

Lacking due process, Judge Greer was judge, jury, guardian, henchman, party man, friend of scientology and the aclu, et al.

As you may know, those attorneys were Terri's parents' lawyers. She had no counsel or due process. Judge Greer STRETCHED it to say that he was her guardian. That's ILLEGAL too because for a Judge to be someone's guardian, they have to be RELATED.

Judge Greer broke so many laws, it's mind boggling but he was a big RNC party man. She was murdered by RNC brokers. It's disgusting. That's why the Terri question keeps coming up. RNC brokers let her die. We don't want to balance the budget by becoming a full fledged culture of death. At this point, there is a culture of death here in similar to jihadists. Their methods are different but the mission is to take innocent life.
