Carla reported suspicious activity to law enforcement which was in her job description. Too bad at the time she didn’t know they were good ole boys first and foremost. Once allegations and evidence end up in Bernie McCabe’s giant hopper, charges simply vanish.

To tell the truth FV, I was sort of hoping they would of pressed on pulling her license. In the end, I think they were afraid to because the whole thing might of ended up in front of an honest judge.

"A lawyer representing the Department of Health told the Associated Press that rules requiring nurses not to disclose patient information also require them to report "apparent neglect and abuse" of patients.

"The obligation to protect the patient must prevail," Assistant General Counsel Kathryn Price told the panel and recommended it reverse its previous vote which found probable cause to act against the nurse.

Sauer-Iyer, however, said justice was served.

"I would do it again under personal risk," she told AP.
