Culture of death or culture of life? Where should the United States strive to be? All other talk is rehashing, I agree, but it's about what this country should strive to be. Culture of death or a culture of life?

Hi, BB. Fred's got some 'splainin' to do. He's running for high office. He adores his new children but will not discuss his deceased daughter and knew little about Terri. Why not?

"Betsy Panici died in January 2002 at the age of 38 from a brain injury following cardiac arrest after what was deemed an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.

So, what degree of brain injury did Fred's daughter have? ABC didn't dig as you can see.

Was she totally on life support or was there a rush to judgment at a big, shiny, corporate hospital? Did Fred unplug her?

A man so uncomfortable about discussing things is not presidential material, imo. This involves morality, legality, health care issues and he's uncomfortable? That's unfortunate.

The leader of the free world should not be an artful dodger. We've been there, done that already.

Please define Culture of Death and Culture of life, it means so many things to so many people, if we are to have an intelligent discussion, I need to know what these terms mean to you.

When you say "Culture of Life" that means Life at all costs, endlessly resuscitating people who don't want to be resuscitated and it is an ugly picture that comes to my mind.

When you say "Culture of Death" I picture cleansing of the Genome by killing all who have the slightest undesirable genetic trait, the old, of course, the infirm, and any unwanted child could be terminated at any time up until adulthood.

I subscribe to neither of the above, so what do you mean.

Labels: a quick way to marginalize someone without having to deal with them as a person with a brain.
