Fred’s an attorney. He’s familiar with motive and opportunity. There you go. This was state sponsored homocide for the benefit of a private citizen who had an interest in another person’s extermination. Life insurance.

But who was her family? He had done many things that indicate a lack of interest in her well being. Was he her husband in anything except name only? Should not the right to decide not revert to her birth family? These questions was not answered to the satisfaction of many. To me it seems that given the tenuousness of the marital bond under today’s law and the absence of a written document that it is weird that the husband was given this absolute right.
