Harris is 6000+ headed for the interface south of San Diego City. It is
on CALFIRE CMD2 TAC5.
Second incident is the Witchcreek 3000+. They are on CALFIRE CMD1 TAC13.
The fire is headed for the interface north of San Diego. Its approaching
the Cedar burn area.
1 citizen fatality on Harris and 1 engine burned over with injuries.
