This just reminds me so much of the Cedar Fire, almost 4 years to the day. Which was also the date that I was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with this weird a$$ brain condition!

That being said, this fire is so much worse. Staggering losses of homes and properties. I’m afraid to hear how many livestock perished.

According to SOuth County/Chula Vista Fire Chief, south county/cv area not in any fire danger (at this time). All schools (public) are open, but if air quality gets worse, then they'll reevaluate and close.

In 03, all SD COunty schools were closed due to the smoke.

I just heard it described on one of the “pressers” as a “Perfect Storm”. How very dreadful for all of you there. Prayers up for you and the brave firefighters. Living in the middle of a National Forest, I’ve had more experience than I ever wanted with fires.
