One thing communities in high brush areas can do is make a pact to clean out their neighborhoods, even if they do have some stupid law out on cutting down dead trees. I’d rather be fined for sawing off a dead tree than watch my house burn down!
I can’t find anything wrong with your idea....
What if..one neighborhood at a time- you all just rebelled? Pick a day and all of you go out and clean the scrub, removed dead wood etc:)
