To: Ernest_at_the_Beach; All

Ernest and All.... From L.A. just north of Culver City (can see LAX activity from here), the smoke to the south is by far the worst.

By now, we can smell the smoke here and the sunlight is a dark yellowish haze. Most of our sky is smokey now, makes me think wind is changing direction. Fine black ash on the cars....

How eerie.

Ya’ll down there have had a rough last month with tragedies/accidents.

To bad the hotels have not kicked in and offered rooms at extremly affordable prices.

Esp for the evacuees with extreme health issues that require a more controlled enviroment.

What is the weather like temp wise? A reporter says it is getting a little on the warm side in the arena.

How about the nights? Are they warm enough for those camping out?
