For a live news link on a Los Angeles television station, go to http://www.myfoxla.com and click on the breaking news link for live video - even if Fox11 isn’t broadcasting it live on television, they’ll re-broadcast other stations to continue coverage.
Another one would be http://www.kcal9.com - again, click on the live video link on the home page.
