This is probably the best bet ...as they said they were streaming live earlier today...but I don’t have high speed and can’t tell you for sure...but their TV coverage has been better than many with facts vs. histrionics

It’s so windy in Poway right now that the evac center (Poway High School) for all the Ramona people has their football field lights on...and they look like they do when you see hurricane footage of streetlamps swaying.
It is VERY windy in the RB and Poway areas. VERY windy.
