Oops, I just heard on the news that the Harris fire (near the border) was started by downed power lines. Were both fires (Harris and Witch fires) started the same way?
Down power lines are what caused the Malibu fire.
Don’t know about the Harris fire. The Chief at Witch Creek reported the cause early this afternoon.
