I would like to agree with you, but I think that the voters are so frustrated with the current state of affairs of both political parties that anything can happen. The low opinion ratings of the current Democrat-controlled Congress coupled with the bitter taste that many of us still have from the Republican betrayal of their principles leaves the door wide open for almost anything to happen.
As far as learning something from the 8 years of scandal and corruption that Clinton I brought, I'm not convinced. Too many people are still drooling for Clinton II to return and show the Republicans a thing or two. Interestingly enough, the Dems are still running against Bush instead of formulating new plans and a new vision for America that excites voters. If we keep our own counsel, we can avoid spilling the beans and letting them discover that Bush isn't running - Rudy, John, Mitt, Fred, Duncan, Mike and a few others are!!
But, that's OUR little secret!
Shhhhhhhhhh!!!!
The interesting part was watching them run against Hillary. That's much smarter than the RATs who are running against Bush and he won't be on the ballot.
