"I speak for at least half the people here, including the Founder Jim Robinson, who has stated he will not vote for Giuliani under any circumstance."
Agree.
NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LIFE
Don't Cut and Run, vote pro-life every time. It's the way you always win.
We cannot diminish the value of one category of human life the unborn without diminishing the value of all human life. Ronald Reagan

Yes and we can avoid all of that by standing up for nonentities like Huckabee and flippers like Romney. Do forgive my skepticism.

Give me a break. You can’t push Giuliani, a man who once issued a citywide proclamation in praise of the racist eugenicist Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, and then successfully sell anyone on how much you hate abortion.
Words mean things, and actions have consequences.

I don't need to establish my anti-abortion bonafides for you. You're changing the subject. A Hillary Clinton victory in the upcoming election will spell doom for this republic. You can forget about abortion, the GWOT, tax breaks, the US economy the whole thing!
If this is what you want I think you'd be better off with the DUmmies!

Nothing would assure a Clinton victory faster than the nomination of Rudy Giuliani.
Nothing could be stupider than nominating a man who agrees with nearly 100% of the opposition party’s agenda, and almost none of your own.
Success in elections depends in large degree on the morale and the motivation of your base to turn out, and to bring others with them.
Nothing will destroy that morale and motivation faster than the nomination of someone that base despises.

Don't cheer yourself up that way.
All evidence that we have (short of an actual election) shows that Guiliani is all we have. If we acknowledge him as the minority that he is then to discard him wholesale is to discard the rest of the Republican party and its conservative values.
To: Jim Robinson
"Look, pal. Im all for electing conservative Republicans. But youre not going to do that by running abortionist liberals. If Rudy gets the nod, say hello to President Hillary and goodbye to the formerly conservative Republican party."Well said, Jim, well said.
Rudy would abort a conservative pro-life Republican Party.

I think in your zeal to jump on the anti-Guiliani bandwagon you've forgotten a simple precept: that because of its conservative values a Republican party president is going to be better than a Democrat one. Else why would you be a Republican or failing that, why post on FR?
I'll say it again for everyone's convenience: Getting rid of the only Republican who can beat Hillary because of the abortion issue is throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
To: Live free or die
"Else why would you be a Republican" Now you're beginning to catch on. If it's the abortionist, gay activist, gun grabbing, illegal alien pandering NY liberal Rudy Giuliani heading up the party, there's no reason for most conservatives to be Republican. And they won't be.

"Getting rid of the only Republican who can beat Hillary because of the abortion issue is throwing the baby out with the bathwater." Forget it. You're a RINO through and through. Totally beyond redemption.

All evidence that we have (short of an actual election) shows that Guiliani is all we have. You should quit getting all your information from the Democrat Media sewage tank, it would seem.
And, you might want to consider the fact that we haven't had an election yet.
Not a single sovereign citizen, or a single Republican, or a single conservative, has yet cast a ballot, and won't for two months yet.

Ahh yes...it's all so clear now! We can stand up for conservative values by abandoning the party that stands for them and handing the country that stands for their opposite!
Thank you for pointing that out. I don't think that would have come to me.
To: EternalVigilance
Well, fortunately for all of us, name-calling is not going to get conservatives and Republicans elected.
To: Live free or die
Too bad you can’t discern the difference between conservatives and Republicans.

If that were true I wouldn't have used the word "and".

Hmmm...since you're such an expert on English, maybe you can fill us yokels in on what Rudy Giuliani meant by this, exactly:
"Most of Clinton's policies are similar to most of mine."

Yes.
By supporting a gun grabbing, gay agenda advancing abortionist liberal who has conservative temperance around him.
Contrast that with a gun grabbing, gay agenda advancing abortionist liberal who has gun grabbing, gay agenda advancing abortionist liberals around her.
To: Live free or die
Imo it’s a longshot that those two will meet up in the general. Hillary’s not even a lock to win her own disfuctional party’s nomination. So all this “who’s worse, Rudy or Hillary” discussion is more than a bit premature.
