He was not the right person for the job. Not just the fact that people saw him as a RINO, but he didn’t have the charisma or the personality.

The party chairman needs to be very vocal, and out there, and has to be seen. He is the “money man”

His job is basically to raise money and decide where and when to spend it.

I think a great candidate for RNC Chairman would be Tony Snow, or Jeb Bush, or someone with their kinda of name and personality
