I wonder if Alan did this, would he also challenge the 41 airheads (oops, I mean Senators) to match a donation to the ACLU.LOL!! Heck no! They only spend our money. They'd pass a radio tax or an SUV tax or a "People who buy their own health insurance" tax and put the ACLU on the National Endowment for the Arts list!
