I just read an article about co-sponsors backing out, and Pelosi and other dims backpedaling like crazy.

One thing Pelsoi said, and not that I ever beleive her much, but she said it has bipartisan support. Were there really any RINO's in support of this piece of crap?

It appears so. This is from 2004 but I doubt that the ANC dropped out of politics since then.
