Republicans should counter with a resolution declaring the genocide in Rawanda to be abhorrent and the failure of the Clinton administration to do anything about it an abject disgrace.No if they had any testicles (and they don't) they'd offer a resolution declaring the Democrats traitors for trying to end the Iraq war by stabbing our troops on the ground in the back with this petty political ploy to instigate Turkey into the enemy column.
