Thank you so very much! Our 30th!! And we just got approved for a mortgage on 10/5, our first home...only took 30 yrs. as my husband said, lol!! Both of our birthdays are in November and the closing falls right betwixt the two. We’re covering all 3 things with one big present to ourselves!!
