Your strawman is very very very weak. The difference is abortion is currently legal. Like it or not that’s a fact. It’s not like Rudy is saying he wants to expand the rights to abortions.

The items you presented were things that currently aren’t legal.

Now if abortion was currently illegal and rudy was saying he wanted to legalize it then your strawman would make more sense.

Yea, actually he did when he said he believes the Federal Government should subsidize it. He backed off that position a bit but, a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.

not like Rudy is saying he wants to expand the rights to abortions.
