thanks for the link
inlaws coming out to spend next weekend, I know what to buy now
I scanned down and didn’t see anything new ???
You are a total jerk.
LOL, why? Is it because I think recalls for products for human consumption are more than important than recalls for products for animal consumption?
I guess I don’t, but usually, I’m a skeptic. The information about Purina came from someone on my “DOG LIST”
I’ll be sure to pass it along.

If you think pet food contamination in more important than human food contamination, so be it, but don't call me a jerk for thinking otherwise.
Reminds me of my favorite story:
Shortly after WWII Americans were reluctant to buy Japanese products. So the Japanese re-named a city, Usa. Their labels then read, “Made in USA.”
But what about the ingredients? Does Purina get any of them from China? Just asking, I don't know.
No one is saying that...get a clue....
Golly...I'm sorry you have never had the love of a good pet!!!
Ok, then why am I a "total jerk"? Personal attacks don't work well on Free Repubulic, they only make you look like a total jerk.
Read it closely - this is not a new recall. This is a recap of the March recall.
I was with you and Twain until the rabbits. I was bit by one as a kid, I hate them now. They bite hard!
Now you're being ridiculous. My dog is sleeping peacefully next to me on the sofa and my two cats are snoozing on the dog bed in this room.
You're a strange and somewhat scary person and I won't be replying to any further comments by you on this thread.
I buy Purina One Adult dry for indoor kitties..I have not seen it on any list. I have been trusting Purina for many years. They have been listed before but not on dry food.IIRC
My cat will not eat regular “human” food... tuna or chicken..I stick to dry food and provide plenty of fresh water..
