She did not say that. If I said it would be better if people didn’t eat so much fried food, would that be the same as saying that the country would be better off without McDonalds?
Of course not, she simply said the country would be better off if we all were Christians. In which case there would be no Jews, at least in America, and it would be a better place.
You know that's an old European concept. Not just applied to Jews, but to interdenominational squabbles between Christians.
I'd suggest America is better off for leaving that concept behind.
