I think you're assigning way too much impact to Ann Coulter's words.
Consider this: when Moses went up to the mountain to receive the Ten Commandments, the Israelites became restless, thought he had died, and longing for a 'god' to worship, melted down all their gold, made themselves a golden calf, and started prancing around it no differently than all the other pagan cultures of that time.
Fast forward to 2007, and they're still falling for the same ol' deceptive promises, words, con games and scams that have been mastered by the Democrat Party, and that is why they tend to keep voting the way they do. Hey, it's their choice, if they vote for the party of treason and surrender, there isn't much that anyone can do about it.
It's just another golden calf to dance around.
