It looks like a McDonald’s.
But that’s their choice. If they think they can find a buyer when they want to sell it, they better hope their property is zoned for retail/residential.

We have one in town which really stands out like a sore thumb - mustard yellow with purple trim (and it's a rental). I think three families live in this small house. There are cars on the (what used to be a) lawn, and trash everywhere.
The neighbors aren't happy, and many of those neighbors are (legal) Mexican-Americans.
