So ABC News reported "either it is a school where problem children in the district are sent to get them out of the mainstream classrooms, or else the kids are dropouts who are trying to get their GED or something"?
WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM? >:-(
I worked at an inner city school in Dallas for 5 years straight with kids *below* the poverty level. When someone said “alternative school”, it meant a school where the kids who kept getting into trouble went, or those who had dropped out were working to get their GEDs.
Sheesh.
