I tend to believe the Spectator on this one. But with Waxman’s flat out denial (which isn’t a surprise), I hope the Spectator releases what the basis for their article was and the record is set straight, Waxman shown to be a liar, or the Spectator retracts its story.

Agreed, Waxman has provided no evidence whatsoever that the Spectator story was in error in any important regard.
