Uhh, 100 miles west of USC would be in the Pacific Ocean...
Have they figured what they want to protest yet?
Free speech, women, whatever...
I will look up the college newspaper and attempt to link it here if I find an article on the event.
I would be interested in the LA Times and other papers to see how they bloated 8 vocal protesters into THOUSANDS! LOL
I checked the LAT yesterday and there was nothing. Slackers!
PAHLEEEASE
Muzzies can't even bury their dead without wail'n & set'n cars ablaze.
Daily Trojan write-up here.
I'm the junior comm student quoted in the LA Times article. I also announced she was coming with this column, quoted earlier in this thread.
Unfortunately I don't clicky-clicky on the LA Times. The Trojan article had some funny comments to it.
These quotes from your article stood out:
Predictably, there are those who are already planning to protest her words.
"I would definitely support [a protest against Coulter]," said Gary Yeritsian, a senior majoring in history. Yeritsian is also co-director of USC Students for Justice in Palestine, but declined to comment on behalf of the organization.
"For all of the problems of his right-wing politics Ahmadinejad has not been responsible for anything like the scale of injustice and bloodshed carried out by the United States and enthusiastically supported by such ideologues as Coulter," he added.
I would have punched him in the head if I'd been there.
Planning for the protests has begun through group-wide e-mails ... "Can we all meet and make plans to [protest Coulter's appearance]?" writes one member, attaching a link to the USA Revolutionary Communist Party's website.
"Contact the ACLU," another writes.
How predictable.
